I interview Mr. French during our MelTV morning news. Mr. French is Melrose’s new Behavior Specialist.  Somehow he knew that Melrose students love getting incentives for their behavior. He “built a Market on the 2nd floor of our Building 1 campus.  The Manatee Market officially open for business!

Melrose students can earn “Manatee bucks” by following our Guideline’s for Success:  Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful. You can buy items in the manatee market with your manatee bucks.  Teachers give 1 dollar, 5 dollars, 10 dollars or 20 dollars to students showing classroom expectations.  At the Manatee Market, students can “buy” fun toys, such as squishes, toy cars, headphones ,led light disco balls, cool pencils, connect 4 games, popits, chips, erasers and much more.

“This is a great way for students to get prizes for their good behavior in the classroom” Mr. French.
